Haze Yourself

HAZE YOURSELF – A saying my sergeant often repeated in the Marines. Whenever we started to half-ass morning PT (workouts) he’d say, "Go haze yourself," which meant we'd be doing EXTRA exercises until he was satisfied. After leaving the military, I got complacent and gained weight. I then started hearing his voice in the back of my head whispering, "Go Haze yourself" pushing me to get off my ass and work out. It's a constant reminder that success requires hard work and dedication, no excuses allowed and to embrace the discomfort along the way.
